Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsFlour
  2. 1smashed banana(ripe)
  3. 1/4Oil
  4. 1 tspBaking powder
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1/2
  7. 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Smash your banana then add the eggs, sugar and oil

  2. 2

    Mix them well then add, flour, baking powder and water then continue mixing till its hard

  3. 3

    Let it rest for 10min then roll with a rolling pin as you cut to your desired shape then deep fry it
