In a mixing bowl add cleaned chicken leg pieces, salt, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste.mix them very well and marinate for 1 hour.

In a separate bowl add corn flour, maida,salt, red chilli powder and hand little water and make a thick paste.

Now now in a thick bottom kadai add oil to deep fry on medium flame. Now dip the leg pieces on the corn flour mix and deep fry the leg pieces in medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve them hot.
