Ingredients

  • 200 gmMoong dal with skin
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspmustard
  • 1 cupgrated coconut

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak the Payaru for 8 hours in the water. Then filter it.

  2. 2

    Allow to grow for 2-3 hour. Then steam it in pressure cooker.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil allow mustard to crack, add the cooked payaru. Add grated coconut

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 minutes, Sundal is ready to taste.
