Ingredients

1 bowlboiled Moth
1cucumber chopped
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped
Handfulgreen coriander leaves
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
1 tspchat masala
2 tsplemon juice
2 tsptamarind chutney
2 tsptomato sauce
HandfulSev or unsalted boondi for garnish

Now add lemon juice, tomato sauce, tamarind sauce and green coriander and mix it.

Take a big mixing bowl add moth, cucumber, onion tomato and all spices, mix well.

Serve in a plate and garnish with sev ir unsalted boondi.serve immediately.
