Ingredients

  • 500 gmsCarrots peeled and sliced
  • 100 gmsSugar
  • 3-4Green Cardamom crushed

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook carrots in a cup of water for two whistles. Remove steam, add sugar and cardamom, boil and thicken syrup for five minutes.
    Serve hot or cold with MALAI* optional.
