Using a knife, peel the yam and cut into small sizes and wash 3-4 times. Set aside

Wash tomatoes, onion and pepper with salt. Rinse and blend in a blender.

In a pot, fry the white oil and add the blended veggies, stire for 5 minutes under medium heat. Add medium amount of water that will b enough to cook the yam.

Perboil ur meat. Or marinate with seasoning and add it inside the boiling pot. Add seasonings to taste. When the water boils #100 degrees. Add the yam and leave to cook.

When it finish cooking, lower the heat and add your washed Spinach leaves with sliced onions & Curry powder. Add a few pinches of sugar for better results #Optional. Leave for 2 minutes.
