Ingredients

  • 4-5roasted papad
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • 1/2 cupYoghurt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli and 2 cloves paste
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspCumins seeds
  • 2-3 tspoil(as per like little or more)
  • SomeCoriander leaves
  • As neededSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil give tadka with seeds, add mirch and garlic paste.

  2. 2

    Add tomato purée, cook well

  3. 3

    Add turmeric and chilli powder

  4. 4

    Now add Yoghurt and then pieces of papad and salt. Cover for few mins.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
