Ingredients

  • Indomie
  • Sausage or any meat of choice (chicken,sardines,minced meat)
  • Vegges of choice i used carrots
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Eggs
  • Oil for frying
  • Scotch bonnet

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl soak your indomie with hot water till soft.

  2. 2

    In another bowl break your eggs,add your veggies,sausage,and the rest of the ingredients including the indomie seasoning.

  3. 3

    Drain the indomie and add to the eggs

    Using little oil fry the indomie mixture in a frying pan in batches just as you would fry eggs

    Cut into wedges and serve.ENJOY!
