Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 bowlsfinally chopped bathua leaves
  2. 4boiled potatoes mashed
  3. 1 tea spoonoil
  4. 1 tea spoongaram masala
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2onion chopped
  8. 1 tea spoonred chilli powder
  9. 2 bowlwheat flour

  1. 1

    Firstly we take a pan and heat them.

  2. 2

    Now add oil,now add bathua leaves and fry till water evaporates.

  3. 3

    Now add mashed potatoes and all ingredients and mix well.Add salt also.

  4. 4

    Now switch off the flame and cool this mixture.

  5. 5

    Take a bowl add wheat flour and bathua mixture and mix properly..if needed add water just sprinkle it and make a soft dough.

  6. 6

    Now we make paratha

  7. 7

    Now make small to medium size balls from the dough,take a ball and dust it with some flour.

  8. 8

    Roll to a round paratha or square paratha

  9. 9

    Heat a tawa and place the paratha

  10. 10

    Cook on a medium to high flame,spread some oil or ghee on the paratha.

  11. 11

    Cook till the paratha are evenly roasted.

  12. 12

    Serve bathua paratha hot with pickle or hot tea.
