Ingredients

  • Yam
  • Egg
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Suger (pinch)
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel ur yam and cut it into circle

  2. 2

    Wash it and put it in a pan

  3. 3

    Add water salt and little suger

  4. 4

    Allow it to boil for 15 sec

  5. 5

    Put in a colander and allow it to get cool

  6. 6

    Add your pan on a fire and add oil

  7. 7

    Break the eggs and stir in a container

  8. 8

    Then soak d yam in egg one by one and fry until golden brown
