Put an amount of water that doubles the amount of rice in a sufuria.Add a little cooking oil and salt to taste.Allow the water to boil.After it has boiled, wash the rice and add it to the sufuria.Allow the rice to cook in low heat for about 20minutes..check if the water has dried up and if the rice is soft.Serve in a plate and put some drops of tomato sause to taste.
