Ingredients

  • 250 gramscarrot(cut in small size)
  • 50 gramspeas
  • 2choppped onion
  • 2choppped tomatoes
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tspgarlic and ginger paste
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • To tastesalt
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a Kadhai add onion, tomatoes and green chillies and saute it for 2 mintues

  2. 2

    Then add ginger & garlic paste and all spices and saute it

  3. 3

    Add peas and saute it for 2-3 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add carrot and cook it in low flame for 5-6 minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with chapati
