Ingredients

  1. 1katori Sattu
  2. Green chillies chopped
  3. Ginger grated
  4. Coriander leaves chopped
  5. 1lemon juice
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsugar
  7. 1/2tspoon Ajwain
  8. 1/2tspoon of Kala Jeera
  9. 1/2tspoon of heeng powder
  10. Garlic chopped par taste
  11. Onions chopped
  12. Salt par taste
  13. Mustard oil 2tspoon
  14. Aam ka achar or masala
  15. Normal roti ka dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well

    Masala aap ko jaisa pasand hey Sayad ke anusar Kar saktey hey

  3. 3

    Dough lekar Sattu ki feeling Karein Phir accha sey pack Karke choti choti roti ka shape dede

  4. 4

    Heat the tawa put the roti on tawa in low flame for some time then flip it again and press it with clean cotton kitchen towel from both sides

  5. 5

    Aap pratha bhi bana saktey hey

  6. 6

    Apply ghee it is optional

  7. 7

    Serve it hot with achar chutney or bharta
