First boil and milk properly and add the lemon syrup.

Filter the water in the milk and take the filtered item in a bowl and mash it properly.

Make it as small vadai shaped item.

In another pan add milk, water, sugar and kungumapoo

Boil the sugar syrup along with milk and float the rasamalai.

If u want you can add chopped badam

Thus Rasamalai is ready to taste.
