1cauliflower cut into small pieces
2finely chopped tomato
To tasteAll regular spices
As neededgreen coriander
As neededoil

Wash potato and cauliflower.

Heat oil in a wok add oil saktey tomato, add potato and gobhi and all masale.

Add 1 ladke water and cover with lid, cook on medium flame.

Check when potato and cauliflower will soft, switch off gass.

Garnish with green coriander.
