Ingredients: 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tspn baking powder; 1 cup sugar; 1/3 cup cocoa powder; 1 cup flour; (Sift all the dry ingredients together); For the wet ingredients:; 1/2 cup hot water; 1 tsp coffee; 1/2 cup oil; 1/2 cup milk; (Mix all together); 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients

1/4 tspsalt
1 tspbaking soda
1/2tspn baking powder
1 cupsugar
1/3 cupcocoa powder
1 cupflour
(Sift all the dry ingredients together)
For the wet ingredients:
1/2 cuphot water
1 tspcoffee
1/2 cupoil
1/2 cupmilk
(Mix all together)
2eggs
1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

In a large bowl sift the dry ingredients together add the liquid mixture (wet ingredients)and beat for 2mins.

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat for another 2 mins

Pour the mixture into lined cupcake pans and bake at 180C for 15 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool completely and top with your desired icing.
