Steps

In a bowl take maida.
- 2
Take milk in a bowl add salt, sugar and baking powder.

Now make dough from the milk mixture. Keep it for 10-15 mins for rest.

Now take small ball from dough and roll it. Sprinkle coriander leaves and kalonji again roll gently. Back side apply water to the naan.

Put naan on heated tawa. Roast for 1 min then flip the tawa and roast naan on direct flame. Once done remove.

Apply butter on top of naan and serve with any kind of gravy.
