Heat ghee in a vessel add Cinnamon,clove cardamom and onions slices

Stirr for 5 mints on low heat add green peas add ginger garlik paste

Add chopped methi leaves and saute for a while

Add drained rice and saute then add water to brong boil and add salt

Cook on low medium heat for 20 mints

Serve hot with salads and raita papad.
