Mix all the sauces ingredient and set aside

Take all the dry ingredients bowl and add water slowly and make it into thick batter

Now dip the each prawn into the batter and deep fry until golden and crisp and place it on paper towel and set aside

Now heat the oil in a pan add garlic ginger chilled and onion and fry until brown and add capsicum and saute for 3 min

Now add the mixed sauce and prawns and mix and let it cook for few mins until it's dried up

Now serve the prawn manchuria
