Steps

Mix jaggery,oil and curd thoroughly so that jaggery dissolves completely..

Add two cups of wheat flour,1/4 tsp baking soda,1/2 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt..

Mix well all the ingredients and add 1/2 cup of milk or as needed..the batter should be on the thicker side..than add dry fruits..

Bake the cake at 180°c for 40 mins...Please Don't over mix the batter 😊
