सबसे पहले गाजर को धो के कददू कस कर ले ।फिर कढ़ाई गर्म करे और उसमें घी डाल दे

अब कददू कस किया गाजर डाल के 15 से 20 मिनट तक भूने

अब उसमे दूध डाल के तब तक चलाते रहे जब तक दूध सुख न जाये

अब उसमे चीनी डाल दे फिर 5से 7 मिनट और चलाते रहे ।

अब उसमे सूखे मेवे और इलायची पाउडर डाल दे
- 6
अब आपका गाजर का हलवा तैयार हो गया
