Ingredients

  • I cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 2/3 cupsugar
  • 1/3-1/2 cupboiled water

    Put the powdered milk inside a blender.

  2. 2

    Add sugar and butter. Pour in water and blend till very smooth. Store or use immediately. #homemade is the best 💞
