Ingredients

  • For khandvi
  • 1 cupbesan(gram flour)
  • 3 cupsbuttermilk
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspLemon juice mix all
  • For caramelized Apple
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupApples chopped
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspSesame seeds
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1 tbspcream

Steps

    For khnandvi

    In a thick bottomed pan, cook this mixture by stirring continuously, till it becomes a smooth thick batter. It takes a few minutes to get this ready. Quickly spread portions of the mixture over the oiled inverted thali or marble table top as thinly as possible while the batter is still very hot.cut in circles.keep aside

    Apple caramel

    Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat; sprinkle sugar over. Stir until sugar begins to melt, about 1 minute. Add apples. Sauté until apples are brown and tender and juices form, about 10 minutes. Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Let stand at room temperature.

    Now stuff khandvi circles with caramelized apples & garnish with sesame, mint, cashew

    Top with butter scotch sauce
