Banana flower fritters curry :-
Steps

Soak the long slices with tamarind water and turmeric powder overnight.

Boil them with a pinch of salt and drain the water.

Keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai.

Mix besan, rice powder, salt and water in a bowl.

Add the boiled slices.

Deep fry and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add nigella seeds for seasoning.

Now add turmeric powder, slit green chilli, mustard paste, salt, sugar and saute for 10 seconds on a low flame.

Add 1/4 cup water and let it boil.

Now add the fried slices and the slit green chilli.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of mustard oil until gravy becomes thick.

Serve it with steamed rice.
