Sprouts Pasta Salad

Boil sprouts in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.

In the meanwhile boil pasta too.

After boiling both the items, let them cool.

Drain the excess water of pasta and pour some cold water on it.

Keep it in the seive.

Now take a kadhai and add little bit olive oil in it.

Now add three of the bell peppers and saute for one min.

After it, add sliced tomato and mix it.

Now add pasta, sprouts, pasta sauce and all the dry spice ingredients.

Mix it very well by adding olives and cucumber.

Switch off the flame.

There should be crunchy bite in the vegetables.

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
