Ingredients

  • 1 glasswater
  • 4 spoonsugar
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spooncitric acid
  • 1 spoonsoda
  • 200 gm besan
  • 1big spoon oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take water in bowl.

  2. 2

    Add sugar, citric acid, and salt. Mix it well. Then add besan aata mix it well.

  3. 3

    At the end add soda and oil. Mix it well. Take batter in big plate. Stim for 10 to 12 min. READY
