Sweet Chilli and mayo potato salad

Rub potatoes with oil and roast in 200°C oven for 1 hour. The skin is than crispy and delicious

Let potatoes cool and cut into desired sized blocks

Dressing: Mix mayo, sweet chilli and chutney. Season with salt and pepper
- 4
Drench potatoes with dressing.

Keep in fridge until time to eat. Even better the next day
- 6
