  • 2 spoonpalm oil
  • 2Tattasai
  • 4scotch bonnets
  • 1/4kilo Beef
  • 1 teaspoondry ginger
  • 2maggi cubes
  • 1 Tablespooncrayfish

  1. 1

    Boil beef with maggi n onion. When soft add iru (locust beans) tattasai, ginger and pepper, crayfish. Adjust seasoning Add palm oil and allow to cook for 5 mins. Remove beef, add blended okra Allow to cook for 2 mins. Add beef back into soup and serve
