  • 2big size potato
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededOil
  • 1-2 tspCornflour
  • as neededTomato sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potato and cut it in shape of French fries. Then, take out the starch of the potatoes. Soak it for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then, cover it with cornflour. Take a pan and heat oil at medium flame. Then, fry the finger chips in oil.

  3. 3

    Take out the fries and cool it to the room temperature.

  4. 4

    Now, your French fries are ready to eat. Serve it with tomato sauce.
