  • Oil
  • Onion powder

    Blend plantain, add baking powder and onion powder

    Add flour, egg and milk

    Place fry pan on fire. Put oil to heat. Scoop paste and pour into pan. Allow to set. when it’s fried, flip the other side. Put on a plate to cool
