Take 3 Cups Idli rice,1 cup Urad dal and soak for 4-5 hours.

Grind this in a Mixy

Let it Ferminate for 6-8 hours.

Add Salt per taste and grease an Idli stand with oil and pour the batter into the Idli stand as seen in the pictures and cook for 10-15 minutes one by one.

Now it's ready serve with Coconut chutney,Tomato Onion Chutney or Sambhar.
