Ingredients

  • 1 cupCooked rice
  • 1 cupGrated jaggery
  • 8-10Cashews
  • 8-10Raisins
  • 2 tablespoonsPure Ghee
  • 2 tablespoonsGrated coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok heat pure ghee and roast cashews, raisins and cloves.

  2. 2

    Now in the leftover ghee add rice and roast it well.

  3. 3

    Then add jaggery and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now add grated coconut.

  5. 5

    Add roasted cashews and raisins.

  6. 6

    Mix it well.
