Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1 bowlgobhi florets
  • 2onion chop
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 2 tspgreen coriander
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 2green chilli chop
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 3 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat add garlic saute then add onion saute add all dry masala,ginger and tomato puree mix.

    Then add peas and gobhi mix and cooked till soft peas and gobhi.

    Then add green coriander.
