Ingredients

  • 1kilo offal(kayan ciki)
  • 2onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 4pepper
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • Ginger powder
  • Little oil
  • Seasoning
  • Spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the offal with warm water and cook them then rinse well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Blend tomatoes, pepper, onions,garlic and set aside.

  3. 3

    In a pot add the offal, add Water and all the ingredients and allow it to cook.

  4. 4

    When the offals are tender adjust the taste and remove from heat.
