Steps

Wash off the whole Cauliflower properly.

In the mixer,Grind Groundnuts,green chillies,cumin seeds, black pepper,1 tsp coriander powder.

Take out the groundnut mixture in plate and add red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt, Turmeric powder.Mix it well.

Marinate the whole Cauliflower in the groundnut mixture.

Heat the oil in kadahi.Add onions and saute it for minute.

Now,add chopped tomatoes.

Add little salt and saute onions and tomatoes well.

Now,place the marginated Cauliflower in the onion tomatoes.Let it be cooked for Half an hour on lower flame.You can add little water if needed.Sprinkle Garam masala.

Garnish with chopped green onions or coriander leaves.
