    Cut yam and peel.

  2. 2

    Wash and put in a pot and place on fire to cook.

  3. 3

    When cooked. Strain and Dip into eggs and fry in hot oil. When golden brown remove from heat. Put in strainer to remove excess oil. Serve with soup or stew.
