Parboil the beans with pressure pot, rinse and set aside. Pour red oil fry onions, pepper and crayfish.

Add water and pour in the beans and stir.allow for 10 minutes and your beans is ready.

For chicken, marinates your chicken very well with salt, Maggi, Pepper, chicken glory and fry till is golden brown. Sever with beans and enjoy
