Ingredients

120 gmsall purpose flour
100 mlrum
150 gramschopped mixed nuts
50 gramstutti frutti
1/4 cupsugar
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspbaking powder
Pinchsalt
1 tspVanilla essence

Steps

Soak nuts and tutti frutti in rum for 4-5 days

Seive all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda.

Mix all dry ingredients in wet ingredients

If batter does not turns smooth then add some water to make even.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180c
