Parboil spag, wash and put back on fire add salt and teaspoon veg oil and allow to cook till soft and set aside.

Fry tomatoes paste till dry, cook and fry chicken and beef then drain stock and fry. Add stock to fried tomatoes and cook, add seasoning, salt to taste then finally add fried chicken /beef. Add chopped onions allow to simmer then remove from heat and serve with prepared spaghetti.
