Ingredients

  • 1 big bowlLilva
  • 2 teaspoonginger & mirch paste
  • For Dough:
  • 1big bowl maida
  • 1/2 bowlSuji
  • As requiredOil
  • To taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • SomeGreen coriander
  • 2 spoonscoconut powder
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • To tasteSalt
  • As requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida, suji, oil, salt & make tight dough. Keep aside.

    First crust the LILVA.

  3. 3

    Take a pan pour some oil crust LILVA fry it.

  4. 4

    Add all other ingredients in it & mix it well.

    At last add coconut powder to make our mixture dry.

  6. 6

    Make a small puri add mixture in it and pack it well.

    Fry it till it becomes brown.

    Serve it with sauce & chutney.
