Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, giner and green chillies. Saute for few minutes. Cook on medium heat.

Add spring onion, capsicum, carrot and cabbage. Saute for 2 minutes. All veggies should be crunchy and not soft.

Add paneer chunks and cook on low.

In a bowl, add water and corn flour. Mix well to make a paste.

Pour the paste on paneer.

Add soya sauce and salt. Cook for few minutes.

Serve homemade Chilli Paneer as a starter dish.
