Quinoa veggies stir fry

#resolutions Protein rich quinoa with healthy veggies
Steps

Take half cup uncooked quinoa & cook it like we cook rice. & keep aside.

Add oil to a pan. Add chopped garlic to it & along with this add chilli flakes too.

Add all chopped veggies of your choice. I’ve used sweet corn too. Stir fry all the veggies.

Add cooked quinoa & mix well.

Add black pepper, oregano & salt to taste.

Mix well & cook for 2 more minutes. Do not overcook.

Remove from the hear & healthy quinoa stir fry is ready. 😊
