Ingredients

  • 5carrots
  • 1 cupshelled peas
  • 1 tspChopped ginger
  • 1 tspChopped celery
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspGaram Masala
  • 1/4 cupskimmed milk
  • 2 tspolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and chopped carrots lengthwise. Chop them.

    Heat oil in a wok and add chopped ginger and cook. Add spices and Carrots and green peas. Saute till half done

    Add skimmed milk and cook till done.
