Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1/2 cupButter
  3. 1/2 cupminus
  4. 2tbspSugar
  5. 2 tbspGulkand
  6. 1 tspRose essence
  7. 1 tspPink food colour
  8. 1 tspBaking powder
  9. as neededMilk to make dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve maida, sugar and baking powder

  2. 2

    Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy

  3. 3

    Add this to butter and sugar mix

  4. 4

    Add essence, colour and gulkand and knead dough using milk

  5. 5

    Make small balls of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 mins
