3 servings

2 cupsclub soda
2/3 cupvodka
1 cuppassion fruit pulp
2 cupscrushed ice
Salt as per taste
1/4 cuplemon juice

Scoop out the Passion Fruit pulp and Muddle it.

Combine the vodka, salt, lemon juice and passion fruit together. Stir until the salt is dissolved.

Stir in the club soda. Add ice.

Garnish with mint before serving.
