Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPotatoes
  2. 1 cuppeas
  3. 1 tspginger
  4. 1 cuptomato puree
  5. 1 tbspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspcumin seed
  7. 1bay leaf
  8. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well,along with red chilli Powder

  4. 4

    Add cumin powder and tomato saute well till oil separates

  5. 5

    Add water and simmer till everything get combined
