  1. 10 piecesFried Awara
  2. 4cooking spoons Blended tomato mix
  3. 2 cupsChicken stock
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2cooking spoons Veg.oil

  1. 1

    In a clean and dry pot, pour veg.oil, put on fire and allow to heat up.

  2. 2

    Pour in blended tomato mix, stir a bit and allow to fry.

  3. 3

    Add in Chicken stock. Stir and correct seasoning if needed. Allow to boil very well.

  4. 4

    Add in Awara and stir carefully and allow to absorb stew before putting off heat.

  5. 5

    Serve with any meal of choice.
