Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste. Saute for a while. Add onion and saute for 1-2min. Add tomato and salt as required in tomato, cook on high flame for 3-4min. And mash tomato to make gravy.

When it release oil then add dry masala and roast it for a min. Add water 1/4 cup or near to. Cook for a min.

Mash the potato and peas. Add into gravy. Cook for a min and turn off the heat.

Take a cone. Add 3-4tbsp bhaji / till it completely filled with bhaji.
