Finely dice all the vegetables and place them in a bowl.

Clean the clams and chop them into small pieces. Peel the shrimp and add both to a bowl. Add salt and the juice of the limes, then let sit for 7 minutes.

Wash the clam shells thoroughly to use as serving dishes for the ceviche.

Mix all the ingredients together—the clams and the vegetables. Stir well and let rest for 5 minutes.

To serve, place the clam shells on a plate and fill them with ceviche. Add Worcestershire sauce and habanero sauce. Serve with tostadas or saltine crackers.
