Ingredients

  1. 1cauliflower
  2. 1 tspginger paste
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 cuppeas
  5. 1 tspcumin seed
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  10. To tastesalt and sugar
  11. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the cauliflower florets

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed &bay leaf

  3. 3

    Add ginger paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears

  4. 4

    Add florets and saute for a while

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  6. 6

    Add tomato and saute well till oil separates

  7. 7

    Add sugar and coriander leaves and serve with plain chapati
